Objective : Auricular reconstruction is one of the most challenging procedures in plastic surgery . The regions involved in the surgery include temporal region and mastoid region .

目的：耳再造手术是整形外科中最具挑战性的手术之一，术中所涉及的解剖区域包括颞区和乳突区。

Methods Ear auricle was reconstructed with auto rib cartilage bracket and expanded mastoid region skin .

方法：采用乳突区皮肤扩张，自体肋软骨支架耳廓再造。

改进的耳后乳突区皮瓣修复耳垂缺损

Objective To investigate the feasibility of reconstruction of nose defect with the flap at the mastoid region vascularized by supraorbital artery .

目的探索眶上动脉连续跨区供血的乳突皮瓣修复鼻缺损的可能性。

Methods There are 10 cases underwent parotidectomy on this modified approach in which the excision line is coming the hair boundary of the temple and in the mastoid region .

方法10例患者采用了该改良手术径路，切口上端起自发际内沿耳屏前，沿纵向皮纹切开，绕过耳垂向后沿耳背后延至乳突根部的发际内。

When the expanding process has been finished , the expander was removed and the expanded induced prefabricated skin flap of the retroauricular and mastoid process region pedicled on the superficial temporal vascular bundle was elevated and transferred to repair the facial skin defect .

扩张完毕后，取出扩张器，以颞浅动静脉为蒂，掀起耳后乳突区预制岛状筋膜皮瓣，用于面部皮肤缺损的修复。
